Stop Kalanki-Nagdhunga road expansion : SC
Aug 7, 2016-The Supreme Court has issued a break solicitation to end the improvement of Kalanki-Nagdhunga road, saying it would get regards to a huge incident to the all inclusive community in district if the road fragment was augmented.
A division seat of Justices Kedar Prasad Chalise and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai on Sunday issued the solicitation in such way, said Joint-Spokesperson at the SC, Bishwo Raj Poudel.
On February 23 this year, an entirety of 47 neighborhood individuals including Sanu Shresha, who could be genuinely affected by the road improvement, had recorded a writ demand at the SC, making the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Minister respondent.
