CIAA archives join charge against ex-under secretary Dhungana

Aug 7, 2016-The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has held up a union discord at the Special Court against then under secretary Indra Prasad Dhungana on Sunday.

Dhungana amassed around Rs 20 million illegally while he was serving in the Debt Recovery Tribunal in the point of confinement of an officer, a declaration issued by the CIAA

Agent Krishna Hari Pushkar said. He has also been blamed for continuing with a "luxurious" lifestyle past his capacity as an organization laborer.

The CIAA has also asked for seizure of all properties enlisted for Dhungana and his loved one Kaushila Dhungana that require the pay source. RSS
