India to send advisor for National Reconstruction Authority

Jun 22, 2016 – India has recruted an advisor for National Reconstruction Authority for Nepal. V. Thirupugal who has been working at Indian Administration Service has been appointed as advisor for National Reconstruction Authority at Nepal. 

He has been initially appointed for six months. He will be staying at Nepal to give necessary advice for the National Reconstruction Authority. 

Recently Thirupugal is working for National Disaster Control Authority in India. He had entered the government service from 1991.

Now he will be giving advice to National Reconstruction Authority for reconstruction according to his experience as indicated by Indian official news agency.
