Parliament obstructed by NC demanding answer of PM regarding reconstruction delay

Jun 23, 2016 - Nepali Congress, the main opposition party has interrupted the session of the parliament asking answer with the government over the delay in reconstruction works after the devastating earthquake.
Congress lawmakers started obstructing parliament as soon as the session started stating they will not let resume parliament session without PM's answer.
NC lawmaker Prakash Sharan Mahat confounded the government passiveness and also blamed saying the government action regarding reconstruction work was all word and no action.
Due to NC's obstruction, Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar post ponded the parliament meeting untill 11 am friday.
