Sunakali awarded as Best Feature in Cinefoot Film Festival

Jun 22, 2016 - Sunakali, Nepali documentary movie has been rewarded as the Best Feature in the Youth Jury Choice at the seventh Football Film Festival-Cinefoot in Brazil.

Director Bhojraj Bhat conveyed the message through a Facebook status. Sunakali is a documentary around a ladies' football group from Mugu in Western Nepal and its excursion to the national title. As per Bhat, Sunakali has officially gotten 16 international awards.
